Learn To Curl

The Woodstock Curling Centre's Learn to Curl Program is a great way for new players (ages 15+) to get introduced to the sport prior to participating in any of our Leagues.  Our popular 7-week program focuses on developing balance, proper delivery, sweeping, rules, curling etiquette and of course, having fun!

There are typically three structured sessions that run. Fall (Oct-Dec) Sundays 10am-12pm or Tuesdays 6pm-8pm and Winter (Feb-March) Sundays 10am-12pm. When registering you select the day that best suits your schedule. The program is led by Carlos Gregorio alongside a team of volunteer instructors with formal training.

Upon completion of the program, participants graduate into our Rookies Rock League or participate in other Leagues offered by the Centre.  Should you opt to join our Leagues, your Learn to Curl fee is deducted from the new member rate.

We provide all the equipment necessary.  You provide the necessary clothing to stay warm, clean running shoes and most importantly, a smile!!
